Nam Khoa (3 rolls) - A Southeast Asian delight, Lao crepes! Fried shredded shitake and fungus mushrooms mixed with mince pork or tofu, your choice, well seasoned, sprinkled with fresh scallions. This mix will be rolled on a thinly steam rice batter and served with a brown sugar cane sauce mix with touch of lime and a pinch of fresh hot pepper topped with fried chopped onions and roasted ground peanuts.  Included in the breakfast will be a side of fresh fruit and a cup of hot sweet lemongrass tea.

served with lemongrass flavored soy sauce with a touch of sesame oil and spice.

Fresh Spring Rolls choice of Tofu or Shrimp rolled fresh with variety vegetables with somen rice noodles served with house sauce and ground peanuts.

4.Our traditional northern Lao salad, ‘The Salad Luangprabang’ toss mixed greens with our egg-based creamy house sauce blended with natural herbs and a hint of spice that will make this salad your new go to healthy green dish. Add 3 layer seasoned pork or crispy tofu to make it a meal for an additional $4.50.

The ultimate everyday all day rice soup. Broiled Jasmine rice with mince pork served with hard boiled egg and topped with fried onion bits and scallions. Included in the breakfast will be a side of fresh mango and a cup of hot sweet lemongrass tea

Just the basics for this traditional morning go to get you going noodle soup. Fresh made rice noodles made in house!!, bathed in a seasoned aromatic chicken broth with bok choy, celery stalks, and topped with scallions and fried garlic bits. Spice it up with hot pepper oil at your leisure.

A Vietnamese original but made more delicious in our kitchen and very much like home in Laos, with all the sides!! Wide noodles or regular noodles, your choice. Side of vegetables with dipping sauce included. Add additional ($2.50/item) protein - Tripe, Crying tiger, Tendons, extra Beef *Vegetable Pho with vege broth can be accommodated.
